During these new times, Velocity Networks storefront is now closed to the public. If you need any equipment to be picked up at the office, 24 hours’ notice is required. Please call tech support to make an appointment time for pick up.
We ask that if you have COVID-19 like symptoms, please do not come into the storefront.
How are we keeping you safe?
Covid-19 Policy and Procedures are in place for your safety.
As health can change rapidly from day to day, we have a 3 point questions system for our COVID policy & procedures. This includes, at the time of making the appointment, the day before your appointment, another call is made and then again the morning of the appointment.
You MUST answer the morning phone call. If there is no answer, our installers will reschedule your appointment.
Our field installers have personal protective equipment, including a face mask, hand sanitizer and gloves while they are in your home.
We have a plexiglass shield, hand sanitizer, face mask, and cleaning procedures in place after each customer at the storefront.
These policies are in place for your safety and our staff members.
